ALA will soon begin work on structural design services for the City of Baltimore’s Central Avenue Streetscape and Harbor Point Connector Bridge

ALA will soon begin work on structural design services for the City of Baltimore’s Central Avenue Streetscape and Harbor Point Connector Bridge as part of the City’s first Design-Build project. In addition to providing continued streetscaping along Central Avenue and the design and construction of the Harbor Point Connector Bridge, this project also supports a major brownfield redevelopment of the former Allied Signal chemical site in the City of Baltimore and is necessary to provide a second means of entering and exiting the site.
